SPARC LAB: "Create Momentum" 6-Week Workshop Coming in March 2015

SPARC's first Lab of 2015 is designed for artists to grow creatively to the next level both professionally and personally, from where they are currently.

Developed by artist Lori Koop, as part of her Creative Coaching Program, "Create Momentum" is a six-week workshop, which focuses on getting participants to recommit to their creative self and take the next step in their artistic career.

Topics will include:  Left and Right Brain Dynamic; Role of the Body; Thoughts and Beliefs; Work of Byron Katie; Values, Passion & Purpose; Intention and Goals.

Learn how to self-coach. Keep yourself on track. Hear the voices and do it anyway. Insure that 2015 will be a productive one! Take away very specific tools to use over and over again. To get clear, stay focused and create momentum! Join other artists ready for the new in this creative workshop!

SPARC Talent Show - Part of South Pasadena Arts Crawl!

The South Pasadena Arts Council is partnering with the Fremont Centre Theatre for the next South Pasadena Arts Crawl on Saturday February 21st from 6-9 pm.

The Talent Show will feature community performers who are singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, storytellers, and actors. They include performers ranging from middle and high school students to adults.
