4th Annual “End of Summer Concert Celebration”

The South Pasadena Arts Council (SPARC) in partnership with the South Pasadena Public Library and Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library is presenting its 4th Annual “End of Summer Concert Celebration” on Thursday, September 25th, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at 1115 El Centro Street outside of the Library Community Room, adjacent to the Farmers’ Market.

The free concert will feature the Mark “Pocket” Goldberg Trio. The MPG Trio includes Debra Dobkin On Drums & Vocals and Nick Kirgo on Guitar & Vocals.

For decades now, Mark “Pocket” Goldberg has been a respected “Roots” Bass player (upright & electric) who has had the honor of making music with some of the most talented artists of his day including: Mick Fleetwood’s Blue Whale (with Joe Walsh & John Mayall), Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy & Junior Wells, Canned Heat, Screamin’ Jay Hawkins, and Joe Bonamassa.
